Position: As the Program Manager (Operations), you will provide strategic guidance so that they can excel in their respective on-ground functions. You will make use of your data interpretation & reporting skills to implement strategies created by central team and own their delivery.

Responsibilities :

- Plan & proactively monitor project progress, and resolve issues with appropriate corrective action

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders from Lok Sabha Support Executive right up to different State Department Heads to give relevant insights into project performance

- Strategize long / short-term action plan for the clients, in conjunction with Jarvis senior mgmt.

- Make reports having insights backed with on-ground data to ensure the smooth running of projects

- Track project plans, milestones, timelines, resource needs etc. to streamline implementation

- Showcase proactive stakeholder mgmt. to ensure the positive long-term relationship with our clients

Desired Profile

- Undergraduate / postgraduate from premier institutes like IIT / IIM / NLS / TISS / IIScR / NID

- 3-5 years experience as a hardcore execution specialist e.g. in a Program / Product Manager role at a big e-commerce/ hospitality startup, on-ground consultant for premier fellowships like TFI etc.

- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and / or accounts in a large scale startup is a plus

- Demonstrate an aptitude for pragmatic decision-making & effective written/spoken communication

- Strong analytical & MS Office skills (experience in analysing / reporting large data sets)

- Bonus points for strong grasp on political landscape in India
