We are hiring for the position of Branch Manager(Sales) & Team Leader (Sales) with one of the leading educational organization for Pune, Mumbai, Gurgaon & Noida locations

Experience: 2 - 10 years

Age: upto 35 years

CTC for Team Leader (Sales): upto 12 LPA

CTC for Branch Manager (Sales): upto 18 LPA

Location for Team Leader (Sales): Mumbai, Gurgaon & Pune

Location for Branch Manager (Sales): Gurgaon & Noida

Skills: Candidate must have minimum 2 years experience in educational sales / ITSales (majorly in b2c) & team handling

Note: Candidate who has experience in selling higher educational courses to students or who has experience of selling certification programs to working professional / students would be preferred

Job Description :

- Create an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort

- Provide the team with a vision of the project objectives

- Driving the team to achieve the weekly and Monthly targets

- Identifying multiple source to achieve enrollment targets

- Lead by setting a good example (role model) - behavior consistent with words

- Coach and help develop team members; help resolve dysfunctional behavior

- Facilitate problem solving and collaboration

- Strive for team consensus and win-win agreements

- Ensure discussions and decisions lead toward closure

- Intervene when necessary to aid the group in resolving issues

- Assure that the team members have the necessary education and training to effectively participate on the team

- Encourage creativity, risk-taking, and constant improvement

- Recognize and celebrate team and team member accomplishments and exceptional performance

- Achieving and exceeding enrollment targets by Self sourcing and through team.

- Identifying multiple source to achieve enrollment targets

- Building strategies to ensure enrollment targets are met

- Motivating the team to excel
