Atleast 5 years experience in mortgages at regional level managing a team of credit managers with proven leadership skills. Exposure to Assessed Income business will be preferred. 1. Manage a team of 5-10 Area credit Heads in the assigned zone 2. Supervision through nurturing and constant engagement with the entire zonal team to ensure contribution from each and every team member. 3. Maintain a good balance in executing a financial authorization to aid the growth of secured mortgage portfolio with minimal risk 4. Share local Market Intelligence and industry best practices with the management to Formulate Business strategies to keep situational/statutory /fraud risks at lowest possible level 5. Product and Policy training to supervisory staff in sales/credit functions 6. Regular reviews with the team for monitoring and reviewing the key risk parameters like PDD/Delinquency/ regulatory compliance/PD(Part disbursement) management. Guide and handhold the team in executing the anti-risk measures 7. Shortlisting and empanelment of reputed agencies for conducting legal/technical/FI /RCU verification and regularly reviewing relationships with them in terms of Quality control and timely disbursal of payouts to them. Constantly endeavor to reduce the Third party verification costs without impacting the quality 8. Maintain a Healthy Third-Party Insurance coverage of the portfolio by enabling a culture of successful pitching of insurance benefits to the customer at the time of PD by CU/ACH 9. Managing the delinquency of the zone as per corporate Risk guidelines as one of the most important KRAs 10. Continuously observe and improvise on the existing processes and suggest and implement measures to mitigate the fraud risks/delinquency risks/enhance productivity etc. 11. Collate and share the information with management (regulatory/legal/local bye-laws/competitors etc.)which could aid in mitigating the risk/or formulate future strategies at the corporate level 12. Ensure collaboration across functions (Business/Risk/Operations/Collections/Product/Marketing etc.) for a healthy and profitable growth in business 13. Ensure end to end TAT is among the best in the industry without any compromise on the quality of the portfolio 14. PD and PDD management
