Jana Small Finance Bank - Regional Head - Liabilities

Responsible for the overall P&L performance of the Region. Oversight for Business Target achievement, Operations, Customer Relationship, Portfolio Quality, and Audit & Compliance, HR Process adherence, hiring, engagement and Talent Management within the region.

Key Responsibilities :

1) Controlling official for all bank branches/Rural Bank Branches in districts of Karnataka. Responsible for Liability business, Asset Business and Collection

2) Responsible for Sales as indicated by Sourcing and DB and TAT

3) Responsible for overall Ops control in Bank Branches in coordination with the ROL/s

4) People management

5) Regional budgeting, Business monitoring and review

6) Implementation of business and IT processes

7) Participation and program management of Employee Engagement programs / processes

8) Implementation of Audit and Compliance processes and recommendations
