Product Manager - Assets Job location-Head Office, Bangalore Qualification required Graduate/ Post-Graduate Skill JFS Products knowledge, policy and process knowledge, MS- Office, good communication Role Summary Primary responsibilities/Job description Roles and Responsibilities: - Drive the RFS Asset Product Business for Jana Bank, with particular emphasis on the individual loans - Managing the product development cycle from conceptualization till launch of new products - Partnering with IT and businesses to design and launch new products and modify existing products - Monitoring customer satisfaction with regard to new products and ensure delivery of value added products and services - Developing and rolling out product policies. Working closely with Marketing, Credit Risk , Compliance, Legal teams and contributes actively to product/policy manual - Ensuring new products are compliant with existing norms and organizational policies - Work with L&amp;OD team to ensure that the users are aware of the product norms and processes - Ability to drive sales in the field with branch managers, regional managers and zonal managers to achieve results - To take inputs for design of Strategic initiatives and review implementation of ongoing initiatives Requirements: - Graduate / Post Graduation - Good communication skills (written/oral), interpersonal skills and be an effective team player - Exposure to banking /NBFC related products, retail marketing will be an added advantage
