Job Description :
1. Overall responsibility of Patna branch operation.
2. Sales & Marketing of R/LHP, MHP, HHP DG sets across Bihar and achieve the AOP both in respect of volume and value.
3. Sales & Marketing of SRT & BESS across Bihar and achieve AOP.
4. Retain/Grow market share for assigned area, to be at least 1% over national average
5. Managing, monitoring & development of channel partner business. Monthly / Quarterly / Annual review of dealership to achieve AOP.
6. Managing Contact Points/Freelancer business and strategic positioning of new such points to increase market reach.
7. Draw strategy for specific industry segments to expand market share.
8. Special drive to be planned to turn OOF customers in Jakson fold.
9. Maintain Forecasting Accuracy on monthly basis (min 75%; min annual average 80%)
10. Monitoring all service related issues and ensure resolve at utmost priority.
11. Monitor all commercial compliances.
12. Monitor & execution of CRM as per guidelines.
13. Identifying requirement of business development activities for entire state to increase visibility & awareness.
