Responsibilities
As a Manager/ Strategist Digital Marketing, you- ll have full ownership of Marketing operations and should have ability to manage projects independently. The project responsibility includes but not limited to:
- Handling overall marketing operations and junior staff
- Contribute to the development of your own and team's technical acumen
- Train, coach, and supervise staff
- Plan and manage Digital marketing budget
- Build strategies to maximize Digital spend and solve complex technical challenges
- Conversion funnel optimization based on changes in adwords, targeting, bidding, choice of landing page etc
- Orchestrates all relevant digital channels and tactics (i.e. websites, content marketing, networking on social media, e-commerce, search and social advertising, SEO, marketing automation, apps, media/blogger outreach, etc.) into one actionable plan
- Analyze data to make intelligent decisions which may include forecasting
- Measure ROI and KPIs
- Construct viral marketing ideas/plans with the management
- De-construct competitive best practices in digital marketing and create benchmarks
- Reporting to the CEO
Required experience
- 4-7 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Strategist or similar role
- Min 3 years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
- Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels(digital marketing/SEO SEM/PPC/Google Adwords/Display/ Social Media marketing/Viral marketing/ ATL/ BTL ETC.)
- Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices 4-5 years of hands on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- BSc degree in Marketing, Digital technologies or relevant field
