ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Product owner for the overall Search & Discovery experience on Jabong (Web & App) - Responsible for envisioning and enhancing the Category tree structure for better Findability - Work with the Data Science team towards modelling Sorting Algorithms & the Engineering teams towards implementation - Highly customer Focused thinking with deep understanding of customer needs and aspirations. - Identify key success metrics for the product, its features and measure the metrics post launch and constantly look for opportunities to optimize the product/feature performance. - Work with cross-functional teams to drive and implement the product changes. Promptly resolve issues faced during operationalization by working with different stakeholders. - Generate detailed Business Requirement Document (BRD) and Product Requirement Document (PRD) based on inputs from all key stakeholders.
