About Travenues:

Travenues is a platform that is being built to power the travel industry through deep technology. Advanced technologies are being used to transform and enhance the travellers journey. The aim of the platform is to make it easy for the airlines and hospitality industry to embrace these technologies easily. The travenues platform spans the entire gamut of the travel journey. An advanced direct booking flow which can be deployed across any GDS in the backend, stands as the anchor product. The booking flow incorporates the efficiency and a flawless user experience that we, as a company, have honed, over more than a decade. The platform also consists of other highly configurable modules, such as Smart City Search, Fare Predictor, AI based bot (capable of customer support tasks and direct integration), Inspire, and so on.

Role & Responsibility

We are looking for a skilled Key Account Manager to oversee the relationship of the company with its most important clients. You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their requirements.

The goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.

You will be playing an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective onboarding of new clients.

Responsibilities include:

- The ideal candidate will be apt in building strong relationships with strategic customers. You should be able to identify needs and requirements to promote our company's solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction.

- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements

- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives

- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner

- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams

- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust

- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships

- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics

Skills & Qualifications:

- 4+ yrs of proven experience as a key account manager in the airline industry

- Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels

- Excellent organizational skills

- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation

Must have

- Eye for detail along with high benchmarks for quality

- Great people skills!

- Engineering background preferred but not necessary

- Able to fit in well within an informal startup environment

- High energy level and untiring commitment to drive oneself & the team towards goals
