FreshBus is a modern-age smart bus service, which enhances the Indian bus journey and customer experience to best standards by providing a comfortable, safe and sustainable travelling experience to the bus travelers through its use of technology combined with best process and innovation. - As the Manager of People & Culture, you're one of the first team members, you set the foundation for success by enabling the core of Freshbus: our team members. Your first assignment will be to attract, hire, motivate and develop talents to join our young fledgingly startup. - You will set up our organization for scaling and make Freshbus a place people love to work at. In this role you have a high impact on our talents, company culture and work environment. What you do? - You will be responsible for our HR and recruiting processes. - This includes establishing the Frehbus brand to attract talent, getting to know new applicants and representing Freshbus in a first-call, onboarding new employees, and getting feedback from existing employees on how we can improve our internal work. - You will be responsible that everything runs smoothly in our team and office in our day-to-day operations so that everyone feels comfortable at work and can give their best. - Processing monthly employee payroll in support of the payroll subject matter expert and setting up HR processes and systems. - You will also drive company culture initiatives to maintain a pleasant work environment while we grow our team. What we're looking for? : - Experience in recruiting for tech/product companies is a plus. - 4+ years of HR experience in a faced growing Technology or Product company - B. Tech/MBA preferably from a premier college or university - Demonstrated success in identifying, qualifying, and closing exceptional candidates across a variety of roles. - Proven understanding of advanced recruiting solutions, systems, tools, and techniques. - Top-notch communication skills, both verbal and written. - Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills. - Must be able to work independently with decision-making skills. - Self-motivated, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
