As an HR Business Partner for one of the strategic LOBs within the group, you will work to develop and implement HR processes and initiatives within the LOB. This is a full-time position to be based out of Gurgaon and will be reporting to VP - Human Resources. Your responsibilities: Hiring &amp; Onboarding - Designing and executing end-to-end recruitment strategy and processes across the Engineering and Product organization. - Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes, and fine-tuning standard processes for recruiting to deliver the highest quality results. - Source candidates from relevant networks, online and internal databases, employee referrals, and external agencies to proactively close open roles. Internal Branding &amp; Employee Engagement - Build an event strategy that enables employee engagement to create a culture of belonging - Create programs to grow and develop our team in ways that are inclusive, engaging, empowering, innovating, and continuously improving Employee Grievances - Be the first point of contact for all employee grievances and partner with the business leaders in conducting necessary investigations. Payroll &amp; Compliances - Monthly Payroll inputs and managing all statutory HR &amp; Labour compliances. Talent Management - Own the performance management within the LOB and driving regular Manager Check-ins and Performance Reviews. What you have? - 3-5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role with broad knowledge and experience in human resource management - Experience in Internal Communications and Employee Engagement will be a huge plus - Exceptional writing and communication skills - Experience in designing presentations, videos, and creative collateral is a plus - Ability to manage situations that involve multidisciplinary areas and cross-function teams - Highly Self Motivated, self-directed with a proven work ethic
