Company Overview:

Celcius is Indias first and only asset light Cold chain marketplace with a web and app based SaaS platform which brings the complete cold chain solution network ONLINE. We aim to bring together Transporters and Manufacturers of perishable product for sectors like Dairy, Pharmaceuticals, Fresh Agro produce, Frozen products etc on a common platform. With the launch of our online presence we have seen tremendous response from the Cold chain industry and in the first few months we have registered hundreds of transporters, Consignees and boast a robust network of more than 3500+ Reefer trucks and 100+ cold Storages with load allocations Pan India.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the companys long-term business objectives.

- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to ensure operational efficiency and sustainable growth.

- Manage financial risks, including cash flow, capital structure, investment planning, and market fluctuations.

- Lead fundraising efforts, investor relations, and financial negotiations to secure capital for expansion.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, audits, tax laws, and corporate governance policies.

- Monitor financial performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.

- Drive cost optimization and efficiency in operations, ensuring profitability and long-term financial stability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational and business strategies.

- Manage relationships with banks, investors, auditors, and other financial stakeholders.

- Implement financial technology solutions to streamline reporting, analysis, and compliance processes.

Requirements:

- Chartered Accountant (CA), MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification.

- 12+ years of experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in high-growth startups, logistics, or SaaS businesses.

- Proven track record in fundraising, financial modeling, and investor relations.

- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, corporate governance, and compliance requirement in India.

- Expertise in financial risk management, cost control, and revenue optimization.
