Job Purpose -

Responsible for setting up and implementing fraud and risk frame work at PAN India level. Implementing risk based dynamic sampling process across the products to minimize fraud losses.

Key Responsibilities -

Designing the fraud risk management strategies for the group's retail

Business.

- Providing appropriate and regular assurance reporting and awareness of new trends in relation to Fraud risk events to senior management.

- Running awareness campaigns, setting up whistle blower mechanism and conduct regular training.

- Reviewing Audit and QA reports for due compliance and recommend for closure.

- Working on Digitalization for Fraud Control

- MIS analysis and decide actionable

- Cost optimization by conducting regular assessment of internal frameworks

- Review of existing FCU policy to make it more efficient and effective

- Recommending policy changes from Operational risk perspective to make Internal framework more robust and insulated fraud prone operations.

- Extensive travelling across branches

Experience :

- 15+ years experience required

- Good knowledge of Field level investigation and challenges around them

- Experience in managing agencies

- 8 years+ experience in managing a big team

- Should have strong Eye for detail & Knack for number crunching to drive changes in the policy, around trends in the market

Qualification - MBA/PG
