Role: Product Manager Location: Bangalore This is one of the most important and exciting roles in the organization. In short, you decide what to build, gather the team around your idea and take it from idea to execution and iteratively to success. You will be responsible for - - Working closely with the founders and the leadership team to define the product roadmap - Owning a product and associated business metrics and drive execution around it - Being the voice of customer, obsess over customer winning outcomes and translate it into product requirements - Deciding what feature to build and when, and take decisions in a pragmatic, data-driven manner - Leading a strong cross-functional team comprising engineers, designers, customer success, business development managers and data analysts to drive product from conception-to-launch-to-growth We want you if you have.. - BE/B.Tech/BS in Computer Engineering or relevant engineering experience - Love for owning end to end responsibility, and readiness to go above and beyond to deliver outcomes - Ability to clearly communicate complex ideas in a simple way to a variety of stakeholders - Deep passion and appreciation for evolving new business processes - Startup experience/Product experience/MBA is a huge plus
