KEY DELIVERABLES :
- Drive complete recruitment life cycle for Sales, Operations, Marketing and other non-tech roles - from sourcing to onboarding
- Responsible for indirect vendor partner performance including sourcing of new partners
- Responsible for Talent Acquisition dashboards
- Responsible for driving employer branding projects
- Partner business heads in understanding talent forecasts and create an internal and external bench
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS :
- 3 - 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, especially in a high growth environment
- 1+ years of experience in leading Talent Acquisition for a Business Unit/ Department
- Demonstrated history of implementing TA initiatives like branding, campus relations etc.
- Exposure to partnering business as a talent manager preferred
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS :
- Graduation required
- Post graduation in HR preferred
