Responsibilities: You decide what to build. Gather the team around your idea and take it from idea to execution and success. - Work closely with the founders and the leadership team to define the product road map. - Own a product and associated business metrics and drive execution around it - Be the voice of the customer, obsess over customer winning outcomes. Translate it into product requirements. - Decide what feature to build and when, and take decisions in a pragmatic, data-driven manner. - Lead a strong cross-functional team comprising engineers, designers, business development managers and data analysts. Drive product from conception-to-launch-to-growth. Requirements: - BE/B.Tech/BS in Computer Engineering or relevant engineering experience (preferably on a web product). - 1+ years of product management or business analytics experience. - Love for owning end to end responsibility. - Love for readiness to go above and beyond to deliver outcomes. - Ability to clearly communicate complex ideas in a simple way to a variety of stakeholders. - Have demonstrated the 2 points above in the past. - Experience with a travel product or an MBA is a plus.
