About the role - We are looking for level headed traders who can perform in a - work hard, play hard- environment. Strong consideration would be given to experienced and seasonal Crypto traders. - Must be able to trade- Company's capital in crypto exchanges and be able to generate profits. - Calculate and create markets in a number of different cryptocurrencies - Experience in Bitcoin, Ethereum and other cryptocurrency trading to manage accounts on a daily trading basis on multiple exchanges. - Identify and capture trading opportunities; execute trades within defined parameters Work with a variety of internal teams (operations, cash management,etc.) to ensure proper settlement of transactions - Help to manage and optimize cryptocurrency portfolio. - Work directly with other traders and cryptocurrency researchers to gain market knowledge and expertise - Must have solid execution skills and risk management. - Must be ambitious and be able to handle bigger amounts of capital over time. - Must be a keen learner with strong desire to keep improving. Experience Required - - Must have 2 to 10 years of work experience in the past (with proof of profitability) in trading in any exchange (crypto currency trading experience is preferred but not mandatory) - Must have solid execution skills and risk management - Must be ambitious and be able to handle bigger amounts of capital over time - Must demonstrate knowledge of the crypto markets and be able to provide some historical performance metrics of trading. Previous crypto currency trading or brokerage experience is an added advantage. - Knowledge of crypto currencies and digital wallets preferred Strong organizational and math skills. Must be a keen learner with strong desire to keep improving - Quantitative aptitude, exposure to block chain and hedge fund strategies ( preferred but not mandatory) Remuneration Traders will be compensated on a basic salary in addition to the trading bonuses and will be expected to generate huge profits which makes it multiple to the basic salary.
