iTechieMind Solution LLP is a technology start-up founded in 2020. Our main business line is IT Product Development, Business Consulting involved in various Research-based innovations.

We are seeking a new member to join our team who is a Senior Level Technical Architect with a strong background in Java and experience in developing system architecture and application design involving JAVA (Core JAVA, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX), React, Hibernate, Spring Boot Framework, Apache, Tomcat, MySQL Server (writing SQL Queries, Stored Procedures, and Functions).

We are looking for the, who will be in a development team and work in our product ready application. It has hit the market for early-stage customers and we are looking to grow to support the upcoming largescale launch and push to the market.

- The biggest perks of this role are getting in on the ground floor on a B2B2C start-up, equity position, and experience working in niche technology (Analytics, Machine Learning & Blockchain) space. The biggest challenge of this role will be working without the resources of a large corporation but executing as well or better than large companies. We have to be very resourceful and cost-conscious while pushing the envelope on execution.

- The current team around this role is made up of Founder Mehul Patel, having 25+ years of industry experience in MNCs and large-scale ERP implementation. Innovator and enthusiastic in adopting new technology. Have various mentors and the advisory team as well.

- Software development today is performed by a partner, but the goal is to transition development and maintenance in-house after the release of the product.

Responsibilities:

- Understands requirements by studying organization mission, goals, and business drivers, conferring with executives.

- Advising on technology choices by analyzing risk and business cases, industry best practices, and prior experience.

- Develop and document software and frameworks for integration and implementation of changes in technical standards.

- Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production and quality standards; resolving problems; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.

- Defines infrastructure for design and integration of systems by analyzing information requirements; determining platform architecture, technology, and tools; studying business operations and user-interface requirements; directing the development of the physical database.

- Confirms architecture capability and flexibility to support high availability web applications by developing analytical models, completing validation tests.

- Improves architecture by tracking emerging technologies, evaluating their applicability to business goals and operational requirements.

- Identifies and creates advanced application monitoring (i.e. ELK) for improved reliability.

- Supporting the Sales Cycle of software technical products, including conference presentations, customer calls/visits if required.

Preferred Requirements:

- Master's or higher degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineer, MCA

- Overall 4-5 years of working experience in Java development, J2EE, and experience in a Java Architect role

- Experience in developing system architecture and application design involving Spring Boot Framework, Responsive Web Designing using Bootstrap CSS

- Expertise in Secure Architecture practices and putting Secure Code reviews and Pen Testing of applications.

- Design & build automated solutions including continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, as well as build, release, and deployment systems.

- Experience designing automating pipelines by using continuous delivery tools including Jenkins.

- Expert level experience with SOAP and REST web services, open API development.

- Should have very good problem-solving skills. Good communication.
