Founded by Mehul Patel, having 25+ years of industry experience, including industry experience ERP implementation and integration with 3rd party applications. iTechieMind ventured a product called mareow, THE ECOSYSTEM for Equipment & Machinery Business, a web and mobile-based application. This application, a one-stop innovative and integrated platform delivers significant value for various business associates and will disrupt the equipment & machinery Renting and Maintenance Business. Platform designed such a way that it will list Construction, Heavy Industrial & Agriculture equipment & machinery.

The platform is powered by the latest technology (web & mobile), AI & ML (Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning) based prediction, IoT-based automotive solution, and Blockchain-based details authorized for equipment & machinery.

The platform will help identify machinery's working efficiency with utilization. Help to find machinery and related service locally based on geometric details. Business associates will get a wider audience to offer their service. The platform will help in generating employment opportunities for needy people as well. The platform will bring transparency to current business and help driving business smoothly.

What is the current status of Start-Up?

Our product development is nearing completion for 5 different types of business owners and their business processes. All of them are integrated into a single platform and talk to each other seamlessly. We have tied up with one of the major German-based automation company to IoT partnering and a solution has been implemented too.

We have already started piloting with a couple of roles. And initiated with one of a major manufacturer for their usage.

We have initiated talks with the international market as well and doing CRP with one of the major Rental agencies in the middle east area.

What's the opportunity?

We're seeking a passionate & dynamic sales and marketing leader with an entrepreneurial mindset, to join this incredibly rare opportunity as cofounder (Chief Marketing Officer).

As a business partner and a trusted member of the strategic team, you'll need to share our entrepreneurial spirit and be willing to believe in our dream with a full enthusiastic, and energetic mindset.

This position will be intimately involved with defining and implementing go-to-market strategy and customer acquisition. Also, help in identify and brainstorm new features in the product road map.

What's in it for you?

You get to lead and own the journey of a start-up from a high potential player in the segment to a highly successful business in a short period. This is a complete EQUITY-based role with NO SALARY till we get funding. Cofounder, who will bring in investments are preferred.

What will I be doing?

You will work directly with our Co-Founder/CEO and take full ownership of our marketing strategy, customer acquisition, and online presence programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create & implement go-to-market (GTM) entry strategies: You will set clear objectives and goals, research and define target audiences, develop marketing and communication strategies, and measure adoption. You will also conduct customer research and apply your insights to these and other initiatives.

- Drive the evolution of our brand positioning, bringing it to life clearly and consistently that resonates with and motivates our target segments.

- Build up early customers and get involved in client servicing.

- Help identify new opportunities as a feature to the product roadmap.

What experience/skills do I need?

- Go-getters and who are passionate about experiencing the brand-building entrepreneur journey.

- 5+ years of experience in developing and executing go-to-market plans for SaaS platforms and content marketing.

- Work with ambiguities - a self-starter, individual contributor, organized and self-motivated with the ability to define goals and prioritize your work;

- Strong analytical and writing skills. You are comfortable with data and analytics, and you can communicate your results and ideas.

- A highly motivated & passionate individual with an entrepreneurial mindset and prior sales experience (SaaS-based offering).

- Should know how to capture the market from Zero and be on top.

- Graduate in Business Administration with specialization in Marketing (Preference to IIM/IIT graduates)
