ITCC Head - IT Operations

We required a candidates those who have good experience into IT operations and people Management.

Experience-10+ years

Fully responsible for the IT Operations, Support and Optimization on a global scale for all corporate IT services of SoftwareONE and customer facing Web Applications.

- Lead, develop and improve a talented techno-functional 80+ FTE team (1st to 3rd IT Operations & Support levels) in India

- Hire, train and coach the IT Operations, Support and Optimization Engineers and Specialists and foster knowledge exchange between the team members and the team levels

- Own the accountability to transition the existing global IT Services into the ITCC India

- Foster operational excellence through streamlined IT processes, standardization and automation

- Collaborate and loop back IT Service learnings, improvements and challenged to the global ITIL based - Service Design and Transition- organization

- Define, implement and deliver KPIs and IT quality reports for all ITCC processes and services
