Position Summary : Manages large account delivery for ITC Infotech's Data line of business as the delivery manager. Manages client relationships ensuring customer satisfaction. Manages internal and customer stakeholders as a part of the delivery activities and represents ITC Infotech within the change control board of the client organization to ensure a successful and profitable delivery for the line of business. Essential Job Functions : - Provide direction on projects of all sizes and complexity and leadership across organizational and functional boundaries at client site - Serves as mediator to internal issues and conflicting priorities for members of cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products to clients - Monitors project completion from initiation through delivery to meet revenue and cost projections - Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function - Prepares and manages the financial information of the large programs, active projects, and completed projects. - Effectively communicate among project team or client site team. Will present formally to clients and internal management - Potentially manage matrix team(s) toward successful project completions - Provides budget analysis, labor planning, and coordination of activities between client and company personnel - Provide the application of technical/functional skills to assist our customers and partners to create and implement successful and innovative solutions that run, manage and optimize their key business processes while decreasing costs and inefficiencies Supervisory Responsibility : YES Requirements : Skills : - Exceptional leadership and supervisory skills necessary - Must have extensive experience in consulting leadership roles, preferably for a services organization - Must have had experience with large technical teams in a leadership role - Large program management experience within the BI and Data warehousing domain, a formal application development life cycle methodology - Must have experience program managing large BI implementation program of > 5 M $ in size - Should have experience with contract management, risk management, client management, deliverable and quality management, and scope control management - Proven track record of building an able delivery team focused on customer satisfaction Education and Experience : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field - Minimum of 15-20 years related work experience with 8 plus years supervisory or program leader experience. - Industry Fortune 500 organisation experiences a plus
