- Works with respective BA's from vendors to ensure project scope/SOW scope is translated to product backlog
- Represent key routines with all stakeholders (Zones, vendors, ABI stakeholders) to provide direction in Guru scope
- Consolidates all the queries/requests from zone/vendors on Service catalogues and ensure they are tracked and addressed
- Works closely with vendors to come up with SIT plan including test scenario/cases to ensure all flows are covered
- Works with Zones to ensure UAT scenarios are captured upfront and tested in SIT
- Lead UAT planning and align all stakeholders
- Very good understanding of ITIL process
- Experience in implementation of Service Management process/tools across the organization (Jira, ServiceNow..)
- Drives meetings with all stakeholders for fit gap assessment, alignment with Guru scope, retrofit the additions to product backlog
- Clearly differentiates a scope issues vs Configuration Issue vs Implementation issue
