IT Technical Training Manager - DevOps/Python/Cloud (5-8 yrs)

Semiconductor Tech company is looking to hire IT Technical Training Manager with 5-8 years experience for Pune/Ahmedabad Location. This position involves travel across company facilities in India.

Principal Accountabilities :

- Driving the L&D framework and strategy for technical trainings for the organization by working in close collaboration with business managers as well as other internal/external stake holders

- Conduct various technical training programs as per technical skill requirement.

- Designing, delivery and overseeing of Technical trainings

- Plan technical training by closely associating with business managers and execute on timely basis

- Managing systems and processes to identify, plan, design, implement and evaluate all learning and development activity, including competency mapping, training needs analysis, training plans, publishing the training calendar, effective use of training resource, etc

- Organizing training programs as per the training calendar/plan

- Evaluating vendors/consultants for conducting training programs

- Collaborating with the consultants for creation of program content / designing content independently

- Evaluating L&D interventions basis the desired impact, analysis of effectiveness and reporting to management

- On-line learning content creation/delivery/vendor management

- Popularizing L&D interventions through creative means for generating interest and participation

- Engaging in coaching conversations with employees to improve his or her skills and performance - Assist in developing and maintaining training content, lab exercises, presentations, and accompanying materials.

- Mentor internal and external authorized instructors as part of a train the trainer program.

- Capture and share best-practice knowledge across the training community.

- Incumbent should be able to build rapport with the Business Managers / Heads and understand the Business dynamics and their training requirements to plan and execute the training programs

- Should focus on results and grievance solutions

- Incumbent is able to constantly motivate the team members and oversee the team amalgamation is prevailed.

- Training engineering freshers.

Skills :

Technical Skills : CloudOps, DevOps, Java, Java + Selenium, Python, Python+ Selenium.

- Strong understanding of conflict management, change management, interpersonal, influencing and project management skills.

- Strong ability to multi-task and respond effectively to changing priorities and demands.

- Ability to build relationships and develop credibility with internal clients.

- Experience working on various HR programs/projects.

- Ability to solve problems independently and deliver results.

- Strong organizational skills and an ability to prioritize based on the needs of the business Flexibility to work with partners across business units.

- High on integrity, confidence, energy and people connect.

- Ability to use creativity and judgment. Execution excellence and passion to excel Logical Thinking,
