Inside Sales Job Responsibilities: - Maximize the sales performance by establishing strong relationships and gaining insight to the needs and lifestyle of the client - Represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings - Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales and activity quotas - Generate leads and commit to customer service by building relationships - Adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field - Perform incisive and insightful market and competitive research - Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills - Ability to analyze business opportunities and read situations well - Proven success rate at levels above quotas - Generates revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders, understanding and interpreting technical requirements, providing technical information, and developing accounts. - Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends and identifying sales opportunities. - Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential customers, soliciting new customers, building rapport, providing technical information and explanations, and preparing quotations. - Closes new accounts by answering telephone, fax, and e-mail inquiries and verifying and entering information. - Maintains communication equipment by troubleshooting, reporting, and tracking problems. - Maintains and improves quality results by following standards and recommending improved policies and procedures. - Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions and participating in educational opportunities.&nbsp; - Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests. - Explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. - Good in English & Hindi - Experience in B2C sales from startups&nbsp;in Edutech, gaming, ecommerce etc would be an advantage. Preferred&nbsp;Skills - Excellent communication, interpersonal, telephone, and organizational skills - Experience closing enterprise level deals - Ability to analyze business opportunities and read situations well - Ability to travel whenever required - Proven success rate at levels above quotas - Strong organizational skills
