IT Sales Manager - Govt Segment (10-15 yrs)
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Responsible for identifying new business areas and developing analysis reports to aid in the organization's decision making
- Responsible for IT Sales (Software/Hardware) for Govt Clients.
- Team Management as well as Individual Contributor Role.
- To support and assist the organization in identifying and securing new Business opportunities
- Client Meetings with closure & sales management.
- Managing the clients in Govt. / PSU Sector.
- Exposure to dealing with State/central government organizations.
- Skilled in developing and implementing marketing plans and sales for new and existing products.
- Knowledge of technical specifications of the tender, contracts, etc.
- Involved in Pre bid meetings, preparation of documents, submission, follow-up, and finalization of tender.
- Responding to RFP/RFQ/RFI as per the customer needs and budgets
- Strategize effectively to create new customers on a continuous basis
- Proposing the appropriate solution after analyzing the client's business requirement
- Excellent public relationship management through communication and convincing pleasing personality
- Business development activities include, managing the data, client co-ordination, presentation, and account management
- Handling the complete sales cycle right from suspecting to Closure
- Close deals and handle negotiations with the decision makers of prospects.
- Strategize effectively to create new customers on a continuous basis
- Proposing the appropriate solution after analyzing the client's business requirement
- Account Management & Client Interaction
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS :
- B.Tec/MCA/MBA/any Masters
PREFERRED SKILLS :
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Experience - 10- 14 yrs
- Domain- Govt Sales (IT Sector)
