We are looking for an experienced Head of Enterprise Sales (Pharma vertical) with a successful career from direct selling of software products to the Pharmaceutical Industry. Will report directly to the CEO/Head of Business and be responsible for the revenue targets for the entire company in multiple geographies.

1. Should have an ability to conceptualize and execute Innovative Technology solutions for the Pharmaceutical Industry.

2. Should have a demonstrable track record of delivering against revenue targets through their innovative sales skills.

3. Should have experience in leading small but experienced high performing Sales teams

4. Should have an understanding of strategic growth plans of the company and align hiring, team building to the same.

- Drive revenue through discovering, prospecting, and creating new business in the Pharmaceutical industry vertical. Responsible for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closure.

- Lead Enterprise Sales & Delivery teams to develop and/or expand relationships with customers.

- In a nutshell, the individual will directly work with the founders and take up complete responsibility of driving the Enterprise sales, at grass root level with the Pharmaceutical industry.

Skills Required:

1. Proven experience and track record of enterprise solution sales in the Pharmaceutical industry.

2. Driving revenue through discovering, prospecting, and creating new B2B business in the Pharmaceutical Industry.

3. Should have in-depth knowledge about various divisions in the Pharmaceutical Industry and should have a working experience of 5-10 years in the Indian Pharmaceutical industry

4. Experience of executing B2B Enterprise sales - 5+ years' experience in enterprise services or consulting sales role and a good understanding of solutions selling methodology and tools.
