MGC Global Risk Advisory LLP - IT Risk Advisory & GDPR Role

- Identify and evaluate the company's data processing activities. Provide advice and instructions on how to conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs)

- Should have a good understanding of GDPR, CCPA, PDPA and other data privacy laws.

- Experience in implementing data privacy framework.

- Experience in handling DSAR, RTE.

- Experience in drafting policies and procedures

- Should have independently implemented DPIA's and Risk assessments.

- Conducted GDPR awareness session for the organization

- Ability to review and understand data processing operations, roles of DC and DP within the organisation.

- Ability to review third party contracts and analyse their data protection obligations.

- Assisted clients in addressing compliance and privacy risks.

- Understanding of ISO 27001 is desirable

- Certifications IAPP - CIPP/E, CIPT, CIPM
