We are currently seeking highly talented and enthusiastic professionals at all levels to join our team.   Responsibilities :  - You will have traditional recruiting responsibilities of sourcing, qualifying and presenting candidates to our customers and driving the recruiting process to successful closure.  - Experience as a Technical Recruiter for US IT staffing is must.  - Should have good experience working with Direct clients.  - Looking for a recruiters who worked mostly on W2 (Full time and Contract)  - Sound knowledge on IT concepts and latest technologies.  - Excellent knowledge of Internet based recruiting tools (i.e.: Monster, DICE, Hot Jobs, Job Diva etc.)  - Need target oriented candidates with a history of achieving target.  - Experience working with VMS/MSP module like Field glass, IQ Navigator, People Fluent, Beeline, ACRO etc  - Very Strong communication and inter personal skills.  - Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment.  Requirements :  - Bachelor's degree/MBA Preferred  - Excellent organization skills and oral/written communication skills.  - Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.  - Knowledge of applicant tracking software functionality.  - Demonstrated ability to source qualified candidates, both active and passive.  Salary Offered : 6-16 LPA
