IT Recruiter/ Talent Acquisition IT/ IT Hiring for well funded starttup in Bangalore and Pune

Responsibilities:

- Driving the full spectrum of talent acquisition and selection activities by developing and executing recruiting plans

- Performing analysis and forecasting the hiring needs of the departments.

- Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for leadership, mid-career, and graduate hiring

- Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience.

- Partnering with leaders within the organization to track ongoing hiring needs of their business.Work closely with Hiring Manager to gain a comprehensive understanding of the hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.

- Sourcing, evaluating and closing candidates as per requirement.

- End to end recruitment for the current open positions. Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping us find, hire, and retain
