Job Responsibility: - Managed IT initiatives for implementation, roll-out for Credit Cards Systems like Card Management, Card Origination, Lead Management, Acquisition and Switch - Knowledge of Vision+ and FIS switch applications - Having good Domain knowledge of Credit Cards - Analysis of Business Requirements to convert them to System Specifications - Project Planning and execution with time and cost constraints - Technical &amp; Functional support to business - Participate in requirements and architecture debriefs with the team to assess feasibility of the solution and identify needs for design and implementation - Taking initiatives to provide innovative technology inputs for product setups, operations, marketing etc - Managing software vendors for developments, delivery, implementation &amp; support etc - Business co-ordination for all technology matters - Assist with integration of testing tools and procedures with development and build tools and procedures. - Participate actively in identifying risks and working through requirement and implementation trade-offs to meet project goals. - Control technology budgets for business Job requirements (Skills/Knowledge prerequisites): - Experience in handling a similar role - Domain Knowledge of Credit Cards - Should have experience of working on similar softwares required for the domain - Should have sound technology background and experience of technologies Oracle PLSQL, Java, .NET etc. - Good Project Management Skills - Good Communication Skills - Should have handled and led a team - Vendor Management Skills - Negotiating Skills Technical Skills:&nbsp; - Java/.NET - Oracle PLSQL - Middleware - TIBCO.
