Job Location : Mumbai HO

Reporting to : Head - IT

Budget : 20 LPA

Job Purpose :

- Project Management & Co-ordination, Planning & Scheduling, Resource management, Identification of Gaps & Risks, Conflict Management, Cost Control, Critical support analysis, Business Communications, Data Analytics.

- IT project management, Related preferred experience SAP - SAP-FICO/MM /PS

Principal Accountabilities :

- Manage all aspects of Project life cycle to facilitate successful delivery to executive team.

- Oversee SAP project to provide metrics for reporting to executive team on business case ROI

- Provide Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA) on selected business processes to assemble input into business case.

- Identify, analyze and recommend business systems solutions to management having broad business impact.

- Establish detailed project plans and metrics, work plans, schedules, resource plans and status reports.

- Identity project risks and develop risk mitigation plans.

- Provide project leadership, work direction and feedback.

- Motivate work of others outside of direct authority to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.

- Convey and report status to executives, global business partners and all other key stakeholders.

- Present formal presentations and executive summaries to senior management to provide recommendations and status updates.

- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

- Ensure resource availability and allocation

- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress

- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs

- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques

- Report and escalate to management as needed

- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

- Perform risk management to minimize project risks

- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Key Responsibility :

- Develop and maintain information technology plans which outline project status individual tasks, milestones, completion estimates, and resource allocation

- Coordinate the roll-out implemented technologies for new projects

- Implement best practices as per finalized processes in infra sector

- Inspect IT projects for quality assurance-

- Ensure customer satisfaction through post-project debrief with business

- Document all estimates, project statuses, and project completion paperwork

- Work with the business to brainstorm new technologies & evaluate same

Knowledge, Skills and Experience :

- Should have handled the SAP implementations.

- Should have handled the business applications implementations.

- SAP certification in one module (FICO) will be added advantage

- Should be able to understand the IT architecture & standard

- Team management experience is added advantage

Minimum Requirements :

- Chartered Accountant (CA) or ICWA (Cost & Work Accountant) by qualification.

- B.E/B.Tech in (Computers/IT/Civil/Mechanical) + MBA (Finance) is mandatory.

- 5+ years of relevant IT experience of projects related to SAP implementations preferably SAP FICO & business applications, roll out & support projects mainly into construction or Manufacturing or Automobile sector.
