Job Profile

Responsibilities:

1. Driving end to end Project Life Cycle including Project Estimation, Requirements Gathering, Gap Analysis, Testing, Training, Cut-over & Migration, Go-Live Assistance, Post Implementation Support

2. Ensure that all IT projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

3. Assist in defining the IT project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

4. Ensure resource availability and allocation

5. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress

6. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques

7. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques

8. Report and escalate to management as needed

9. Perform risk management to minimize project risks

10. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

11. Meet all stakeholders / vendors to take detailed briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project

12. Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals

13. Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis

14. Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with internal and external stakeholders.

Skill/Knowledge:

- Proven working experience in IT project management

- Excellent Interpersonal skill

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office /Project

- Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus

- Bachelor's Degree in the appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience

- Experience of working in a similar fintech /NBFC/ /Bank/;-
