- Responsible to drive governance management in the program
- Responsible to manage multiple project managers and delivery managers
- Responsible to drive the teams and projects for a deployment of dealer management system across multiple geographies
- Must have excellent stakeholder management skills
- Must have excellent communication & presentation skills
- Should be comfortable in building governance dashboards through ppt, excel / word doc
- Should understand nuances of handling a large team including senior team members
- Should be able to command and lead the large program
- Must be assertive and driving
- Should have a high sense of driving programs with goals, numbers, statuses, objectives
- Should be able to foresee and plan the activities
- Should be able to develop extensive Program plans
