IT Program Manager - eCommerce Projects - Energy Technology Firm (10-15 yrs)

This role is with an Energy Technology Firm (MNC).

We're looking for a dynamic, experienced Program Manager to help drive some of our eCommerce projects and initiatives In this role, you will work with a global project team of developers, stakeholders, business analysts and other project managers to deliver eCommerce projects on-time and within budget.

Who You Are:

You are a highly engaged and self-driven project professional with an incredible sense of ownership with the ability to drive project with minimal supervision. You have proven experience of managing both large complex projects and programs, budgets and justifying resource needs to senior leaders and finance partners. Able to think strategically and execute methodically with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. You have excellent communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills that will enable you to earn trust at all levels and across geographies. Ability to facilitate meetings, workshops, and collaboration sessions to push execution and alignment on organizational initiatives. Recognize the importance and are proficient in executing key areas of change management.

Requirements

- BTech/MTech in Engineering with 10+ years of total relevant experience

- MBA preferred

- PMP, CSM, SaFE and similar certifications preferred

- Proven experience as a Program Manager in a highly technical Product company

- Excellent knowledge of ecommerce architecture, systems and functionality

- Hands-on experience managing projects on any e-commerce platform- Magento, Shopify, X-Cart, etc

- Prior development experience in web technologies - Angular/React, HTML/CSS - will be an added advantage. Exposure to CMS platforms like Drupal will be an added advantage.

- Detailed understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC)

- Ability to capture and clearly document business and user requirements from internal teams and external vendors

- Experience bringing software or online products to market

- Brainstorm approaches and solutions with multiple teams for viable and mutually agreeable outcomes

- High emotion intelligence with the ability to influence without direct supervision

- Serve as the point of contact between multiple internal and external teams

- Experience with service-oriented architecture and Agile development methodologies including the ability to structure and scope a design and to manage a project through to completion

- Experience using tools to capture user stories, test cases, sign-offs, etc.

- Experience leading teams that are building and managing complex platforms that are highly reliable and scalable

- The drive to ensure successful platform adoption with both internal stakeholders and customers through training, etc

- Work with other colleagues to create campaigns that improve search engine rankings, increase traffic to the site, and strengthen customer loyalty.

- Experience using project management, task, and ticketing software; Planview, Atlassian, Jira, MS Project, or similar.

- Experience using collaboration and team management applications; Microsoft Teams, Slack, SharePoint or similar.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of applications
