Experience/skill requirements - Customer journey mapping and ability to carve out points of impact and solutions to address the needs - Understand customer needs and translate them into system requirements - Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and departments, including developers to ensure requirements are fully understood and that the implementation plans match expectations. - Experience with Agile development & methodologies, Docker and container technologies - Competency to assess and address technical risks - Ability to train and answer incoming questions on product and its capabilities - Ability to develop and execute a successful product roadmap with all necessary documentation. - Ability to use database queries to analyze performance indicators, evaluate data integration as expected. - Result focused with excellent oral and written communication skills. - Preferred skills in latest tech stack like Python, Elastic, Java, Oracle, Kubernetes, and on-cloud technology services from Amazon, Google, Microsoft, etc - Project planning and execution Responsibilities Strategic - Collaborate with cross functions to probe requirements that may have potential value in implementation and develop product/service offering to leverage the same. - Conduct market research and analysis to understand evolving customer needs and generate hypothesis on product offerings that will differentiate Bluedart in market - Facilitate the creation and maintenance of proper product documentation. - Take complete ownership of select initiatives and create detailed concept notes, implementation plans for pilot and full-scale roll-out Financial - Support financial analysis of new product in the business requirement document to ascertain that product is ROI positive for business in long term - Provide justifications for a customized customer solution , which supports addition, retention of revenue in long term. Operational - Collaborate with operations and business team to execute product pilots and full-scale roll-out once approved by committee - Own pilot of select initiatives and be responsible for on-ground pilot roll-out with support from business team People - Collaborate with Blue Dart business teams and manage multiple stakeholders to ensure product development incorporates all inputs and needs felt within organization and full scale roll-out of initiatives is successful
