Product IT Manager Commercial Services

Location - Bangalore, Karnataka, India

Experience - 4-8 Years

Salary - UP TO - 32 LPA

Must Have -

- Office 365

- SAP BI

- SQL

- AzureDeveops

- Tableau

Job Responsibilities:

- Independent setting up and maintaining the data of prices and product-related data in SAP.

- Support in the commercial processing of contract changes and problems in the automated processes

- Evaluation and regular reporting to generate KPI for driving the strategic direction for commercial Services.

- Support the development of Commercial Product IT systems related to optimizing the ordering and invoicing processesoven experience of working in cross

- Identifying and supoortig Commercial services Product IT systems development for the Management of queries from the market

- Support of the global transformation project one Digital in the area of digitization of the entire Group as a subject matter expert for commercial services.

Qualifications -

- Bachelor's Degree in IT Application Management, Industrial Engineering

- Experience with configuration/order fulfilment process in the aftersales area.

- Understating of the IT systems for CPQ, SAP, Hybris, Salesforce.

- Insightful analytical skills, digitally competent approach with demonstrated experience in integrated digital communication.

- Confident handling of Office 365 tools and reporting systems such as SAP BI, Cognos, SQL.

- Experience with management reporting programs (e.g. Tableau) and CRM systems.

- Sound understanding of IT systems and corporate IT development processes.

- Experience with Project management lifecycle Tools like AzureDevops etc
