What you can expect in this role

You will be the trusted advisor that brings application security engineering and advisory services to SKF Manufacturing globally. Your main responsibility will be to handle the security and investigations program for a scope of dedicated plants, by coordinating effective information security practices and providing a safe working environment for employees and visitors. Furthermore, you will:

- Implement strategies to identify, assess, prevent, protect, and mitigate information security risks, threats, and vulnerabilities to safeguard people, assets, products, and property.

- Develop and implement measures, tools, and technology to monitor compliance with company security policies and procedures, laws and regulations.

- Monitor and stay up to date with security-related proven practices and technology.

- Regularly support and handle safety audit and compliance programs of the plant.

- Handle locally the security platforms and network security tools and processes.

What we are looking for

For this job you need to be enthusiastic and have an interest in technology, in combination with having knowledge of IT and OT operations in a manufacturing environment. Importantly, you should also have experience of reviewing cyber security policies, control implementation, mitigation strategies, or cyber security threat analysis.

In addition, we need you to have:

- Experience with current cyber security threats, mitigation strategies, regulations, and frameworks (e.g. MITRE) as well as in information security practices and security standards (e.g. ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, IEC/ISA 62443).

- Ability to direct analysis and integration of cybersecurity threat data into operational processes.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration with experience from working in a plant environment as IT, OT or Maintenance Engineer.

- It will be considered an advantage if you have experience in the cyber security fields.

As you will serve as local point of contact for security services support and security incident management, you need to have solid interpersonal and problem-solving skills with ability to build professional relationships with different stakeholders as well as express technical matters in non-technical way. You will also play a key role towards security incident management; you are present onsite for incident management as well as maintaining an accurate and detailed understanding of physical and logical layout of the sites under your supervision
