IT Manager - IT Security & Infrastructure Services (8-15 yrs)
- Managing the complete IT Infrastructure of the company
- Providing Business solutions to the organization:
The main responsibility would be to manage the IT Security & Infrastructure services:
- Ensure services are obtained according to contractual obligations with vendors.
- Oversee budget responsibility for IT security & Infrastructure services.
- Contract review for new services and negotiate with a vendor on cost drivers.
- To proactively engage in close dialogue with users and stakeholders across the Novo Nordisk global to understand the needs and usage patterns in order to recommend changes to IT security services and/or investments in latest technologies.
- To bridge the gap between the end users' needs and the vendor supplying the service to Novo Nordisk ensuring that the service is provided at competitive terms.
- Ensure all security and compliance requirements are met in the processes and steady-state operations.
- Risk Management and IT compliance.
- Liaison with all necessary parties such as IT security architects, stakeholders, vendors, project teams, customers (Global and Regional IT Units) to facilitate seamless Services delivery.
- Business, technology and systems understanding.
- Stakeholder management during major implementations and upgrades.
- Manage major upgrades for managed services with project management techniques.
- Enhancing good team spirit and a high degree of knowledge sharing.
