Company : Greenway health Location : Bangalore (currently WFH) Salary : 25LPA to 30LPA Job Summary - In this role, you will be responsible for all local Information Technology infrastructure, system support, and network support. Under general guidance from the VP of IT Service, the Manager of the Information Technology will be responsible for leading our Center of Excellence technical needs. Evaluate the team and team members performance to ensure that services provided are timely and accurate. - The Manager will forecast and approve new equipment needs and new technology introduction, as well as working directly with employees, contractors, and vendors. This job requires a solid technical background combined with customer service and vendor procurement experience. A problem-solving attitude with an ability to motivate your team to achieve specific goals are essential skills to perform well in this position. Roles and Responsibilities - Manage the IT Support and Engineering teams and evaluate performance. - Manage all technical aspects for the Center of Excellence including network, office infrastructure, and employee technical support. - Adhere to and help set specific employee customer service standards - Contribute to improving employee support by actively responding to queries and handling complaints. - Forecasts new equipment needs and new technology introduction. - Performs periodic Inventory (hardware, software, licensing, etc.) and IT Systems audits. - Participates in documenting departmental policies and procedures. - Knowledge of desktop-level user support, hardware support, and software support (Windows &amp; macOS). - Other duties and special projects as required and assigned to support technology used by - PlanSource employees and contractors. Knowledge and Capabilities - An entrepreneurial spirit is key to success. In this role you will be required to work across multiple technical disciplines to help build our Center of Excellence. In addition, you will have: - Bachelor's degree. - 10-15 years- experience. - Team management skills. - Ability to multitask and handle tasks related to critical IT operation. - Ability to follow processes outlined and or creating documentation. - Strong technical and troubleshooting skills. - Ability to work within a team environment. - Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
