IT Infrastructure Service Delivery Head - Core Banking Solutions - IT Firm

Position: IT Infrastructure Service Delivery Head - Core Banking Solutions (Leading MNC IT Company)

Role & Requirements:

- Design, Build and Run high-availability and resilient infrastructure solution for banking platforms with multiple clients across geography

- Data centers hosting and production servers, network (LAN & WAN), storage systems including tape backup / SAN

- Development and implementation of all the IT infrastructure service management processes, tools and compliance per the service levels defined

- Ensuring that the infrastructure meets the banks data security standards, including SSAE 16, ISO27001, PCI-DSS

- Relationship management with external and internal stakeholders

- Vendor relationship management including IT hardware and software procurement selection and recommendation

- IT team management

Requirements:

- Education: Engineering graduate. MBA will be an advantage

- 20-27 yrs of experience in managing IT Infrastructure and IT Infra Service Delivery for Core Banking Solutions

- Domain knowledge in Banking, especially in an international context

- Good stakeholder management skills

- IT Team Management

- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills - written and oral
