Responsibilities : &nbsp; You are responsible for part of the global User Service Center with team members in various countries in the APJI region - Manage an intercultural team - Align with the other User Service Center Managers across the globe - Define responsibilities of the global User Service Center following the IT Strategy - Establish standard processes for Incident and Problem Management following ISO 20000 / ITIL v4 - Help establish the standard Change Management process in collaboration with other IT teams - Provide state-of-the-art first level support to employees/end users in the company Experience : 14-18 years Requirements : - Degree in computer science or related field - Minimum of 5 years- professional experience in Information Technology / tech industry - Profound understanding in modern IT hard- and software solutions and tools and a good technical understanding - Experience with the operations of User Services / Help Desk - Strong knowledge of systems and tools, best practices, and methodologies - Experience with managing global projects, solutioning mindset - Practical experience with industry norms and standards such as ITIL v4, ISO 20000/9001/22301/27000 - Experience working in a multicultural environment - Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment - Good organizational, strategic, tactical planning skills - Project Management skills - Motivated to continuously learn - Very good English skills, written and spoken.
