IT Infrastructure Role

- Experience in Infrastructure Ecosystem, Architecture, Networking , Data Center.

- Customer facing Experience

- Hyper conversion experience

- Service Delivery Experience ( Onsite Service Delivery)

- Experience in Service Now - ( module deployment experience/ not just used as a tool)

- SLA experience

- P&L experience

- Contract Management experience'

- Closely work with the CTO and the IT leadership create vision and strategies and oversee the execution of the tactical roadmap in support of the technology objectives

- Ensure technical roadmaps are identified and executed to support the IT strategy; report progress to CTO to achieve the future vision.

- Standardize and optimize IT processes and procedures to bring value and enable continuous improvement, performance, consistency etc., and report on the effectiveness.

Delivery of Cloud strategies aligned with business objectives and with a focus on cloud migrations and DevOps led automated operations
