- Planning for Full Life cycle Operational Care

- Manage/Lead Infrastructure Systems Engineers

- Server as the Operational Lead

- Manage the Diagnosis and Resolution of Technical Issues for users

- Manage operations for Data Center, Server & Clouds.

Profile :

- 10+ years working in an IT-OPERATIONS related role with extensive experience in Retail and ecommerce setup

- A person that absolutely understands infrastructure technology and the related operational care well enough to be a full participant in planning and managing these activities

- A high degree of professionalism, attention to detail, and expert communication skill is required as this position interfaces directly with the clients.

- Must be able to lead and inspire people-a forever humbling and selfless pursuit is critical to building and maintaining a world class team.

- Must be customer focused with demonstrated ability to form productive relationship
