IT Head - Logistics Business (15-25 yrs)
We have below position:
Role - Head of IT
Reports to - CIO
Location - Mumbai
Role :
- Must have analytical & strategic minded person.
- Experience in various technology Platforms & Systems include Salesforce.com (Sales cloud, Service cloud, and Marketing cloud), SAP ECC & S4 HANA, Avaya Cloud Telephony, Mobility, Analytics- T-CRM (Tableau + Sales force Einstein), Power BI, People Strong HRMS Solution, and RPA - Automation Anywhere.
- Responsible for seamless functioning of business-critical applications like ERP, CRM, BI, Mobility and Social Media engagement.
- Setting up CoE, Leading SCRUM meets to achieve operational excellence through improved business governance with appropriate SLAs.
- Most importantly, a person with positive mindset and go-getter attitude.
- Around 15+ years' core experience in IT and related fields.
- He/ she should be solution oriented.
