IT Head (Group head) - Logos (Nigeria)

- The Group Head, Information Technology (GHIT) is responsible for the Group's IT infrastructure, architecture and strategy to provide full IT and Business Excellence support to the Group's operations and Business. GHIT will ensure delivery of consistent quality IT products and services in the most cost-effective and efficient way. The role will plan and coordinate the implementation of the Group's IT standards and business systems, including maintaining service level agreements, whilst applying and improving IT service delivery measures.

- Group Head, Information Technology will improve existing systems by reviewing users' requests for changes, analyzing needs and budgets, and making recommendations for updates, replacements or enhancements and adoption of other IT best practices. He/She will also be required to manage the ERP/SAP application post-Go-Live, negotiate IT Contracts, Products and services, purchase and installation of new systems including ERP/SAP application maintenance for post Go Live support, conduct feasibility studies for information technology projects, supervise the IT department staff, including hiring and training; provide technical support to ensure IT infrastructure and architecture is adequate to support the Group businesses.

- Cost & Budget Management "- Develop and maintain corporate information technology policies and standards focused on minimizing costs and maximizing controls relating to the acquisition, implementation and operation of Information and Communication Systems.

- Develop and maintain the annual IT operating and capital budget"

- ERP System & Application Management "- Design, develop, implement and operationally support group-level applications such as e-mail, anti-virus, financial and web-based applications.

- On-schedule implementation of ERP/SAP modules and after Go live support system"

- IT & Business Systems - Design, Analyze, Implement, Integrate, Manage and Support Business Systems

- Implementation of Business Systems like Salesforce etc as per management approvals

- IT Systems - maintenance, upgradation and implementation

- Upgradation of existing systems within approved budgets and timelines

- Internet & Communication System - Design, Implement & Manage Office Internet systems

- Ensure 100% uptime of office internet

- Set-up and manage Integrated Communication platforms

- Ensure 100% uptime of all communication systems and platforms

Server & Data Management :

- Acquire, validate, store, protect and process required data to ensure the accessibility, reliability, and timeliness of the data for its users

- Monitoring of the server and apps running on the server. Checking their status, uptime, and monitoring for any new or recurring issues"

- Enterprise IT security Management "- Ensure proper security protocols are in place

- Manage IT Security and advice BUs on IT Security policy and procedures. Maintain integrity of all IT systems. Ensure business continuity"

- Crisis and Change Management - Ensure Crisis and change management protocols are in place to deal with any technological disruptive and unexpected event

- IT Vendor Management ; Ensure proper Vendor management with right technical input to procurement

- Initiate, negotiate, review and manage all IT Service contracts

- Assist in building relationships with vendors and creating cost-efficient contracts"
