IT Head - Fintech (10-15 yrs)
Recruiting IT Head with Fintech Company
- Ownership of overall IT planning, installation, maintenance and enhancement of network and IT infrastructure. This includes both the hardware and software utilized across the organization.
- Guide and mentor teams with Server and network administration and implementation of IT standards.
- Diagnosing complex System/ IT related problems and delivering effective solutions.
- Coordinate IT activities to ensure data availability and network services with very little downtime.
- Ensure all support requests are resolved effectively within a short period of time , as per defined service levels
- IT Budget Management
- Infra administration
- Maintain an asset register of all IT supported hardware and software
- Backup and redundancy (BCP and DR)
- Network administration
- Technical Vendor / OEM Management/ Reconciliation /invoicing/ billing
- Cloud administration
