Purpose of the role :

- Lead organization level IT function for an established API Mfg. Group

- Develop and implement IT strategies, Road Map with focus on digitisation.

Job Description :

- Develop organisation level IT strategies in an as-is & to-be scenario and align to the business objectives in a cost-efficient manner

- Analyse existing IT infrastructure and areas of improvements around hardware, operating system, communications, software applications, data processing, security system and implementing the same

- Develop and implement overall IT security and ensure utmost protection and privacy of organisation's information and data

- Identify and prioritise opportunities for digitisation and automation and execute the upgradation/implementations with given resources

- Liaison with internal and external stakeholders to effectively manage business environments

- Develop, lead and guide the IT team towards effective implementation of the IT road map with the organisation guidelines and budget laid out

- Manage IT spends and budgets in line with meeting requirements and objectives

Applicant requirements :

- Dynamic professional with 15-20 years of overall experience in end-to-end IT implementation and management including infra, network, applications and security

- BE/ BTech with a post-graduation/ certification in IT system specialisations is preferred

- Substantial experience in a mid-sized API manufacturing is a must

- Hands on experience in back end IT applications (IT QMS, CSV, IT compliance, regulatory audits, automation, etc.) and SAP implementation (including but not limited to PP, MM, S&M, distribution, etc.) related to mfg. set up

- Hands on experience in front end IT applications and systems (SFE, digital, business applications) as well as infra, security, cyber security, hardware, networks, etc.

- Experience in leading and implementing digital and automation initiatives

- Exposure to GMP requirements, USFDA related compliances and handling IT systems compliant to US or Europe standards

- Team management skills with an eye for identifying opportunities and improvements in IT systems and executing the same
