IT Finance Strategic Partner - CA

Working Hours - 2 pm to 11:30 pm

Job Location - Pune/Bangalore

Will be working remotely but will be travelling to Pune or Bangalore office once in a quarter for 5-10 days.

Required: 8-10 yrs experience, not a team handling role

Qualification: CA

CTC - upto 30 LPA

- Serve as strategic liaison between Divisional IT and Finance, providing financial guidance, decision support around technology spend/ investments.

- Collaborate with IT leaders to develop and manage the budgets, ensuring alignment with business strategy and financial objectives.

- Provide recommendations on technology investments based on financial considerations.

- To support IT leadership with financial decision-making, providing data-driven insights to drive strategic decisions.

- The candidate will monitor IT spending and ensure alignment with financial goals and business objectives, including project forecasting and estimations.

- Will require to oversee the financial aspects of IT projects, including cost tracking, budget adherence, and financial reporting.

- Identify opportunities for cost optimization within the IT department.

- Analyze IT spending patterns, identify areas of inefficiency, and recommend cost-saving measures.

- Work with divisional IT heads to develop strategies for optimizing IT expenses while maintaining operational effectiveness.

- The candidate will be required to analyze financial performance and provide insights and recommendations to improve IT cost efficiency and value.

- Act as a liaison between the IT department and finance teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of the financial implications of IT projects and initiatives.

- They will assist in the evaluation and prioritization of IT investments and expenditures.

- The candidate should also have exposure to areas of procurement and accounts payable, exposure to IT SOWs/contracts, invoice scrutiny, and corporate IT procurement.

- They will contribute to the development of IT strategy by providing financial perspectives on technology investments and initiatives.

- They will evaluate the financial viability of new technology solutions and their impact on the organization's financial health
