IT Director - SAP/ERP Implementation Project - Real Estate (10-20 yrs)
- An IT Director is required to be at the helm of the IT department for a major real estate organization in Saudi Arabia going through expansion / migration, the whole nine yards. Hence the job would not only require your strong experience in the Corporate experience but those with expertise in the Consulting industry will add value as you will have the capability to take a helicopter view of the business, redesign, redeploy where necessary, being a part of the steering committee you need to be able to influence and take a stand where necessary.
- You would own the strategic and tactical piece
- In brief the job requires someone who is an IT Director but has very good understanding of the business needs and view things from a different perspective as well.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Participate as a member of the executive leadership team
- Collaborate with the appropriate departments to develop and maintain a technology plan that supports customer needs.
- Provide visible leadership for the company within the technology community
- Assess and communicate risks associated with technology-related investments and purchases
- Analyze and improve upon technology standards to maintain a technological and competitive edge within the market

- You should be open to relocate to Jeddah, KSA.
- Experience over 10 years
- Excellent SAP/ERP implementation project experience
- GCC market exposure would be an advantage
