- On time and quality delivery of ERP, HCM and Digital solutions & projects - Manage a team of 50 resources currently, with exponential growth plans - Work closely with HR for timely hiring of right-skilled resources - Responsible for P&L - Bachelor/Master degree holders in any Engineering or IT from a recognized university, minimum 60% throughout the education - Relevant work experience in IT with good pedigree (from Tier 1 like IIMs / IITs / NITs / NITIE / SP Jain / Symbiosis / ISB etc) and vintage (worked with Tier 1 or 2 IT or product companies) - Proactive & ability to work with minimal instructions - Ambitious, with the right perspective & capability to grow rapidly in a start-up environment - Delivery of large software projects - Expert in project planning and execution - Stakeholder management - Client relationship management - Ability to work in matrix organizations - Ability to build large, high-performing team
